At our Laag plant, our 130-strong workforce uses the most up-to-date, high-tech production equipment. Our main field of expertise is the processing of steel, stainless steel and aluminium to create top-quality functional parts.

It is since 2013 that APPARATEBAU is practicing the so called „management of ideas“, an internal contest in which the employees deliver their ideas concerning improvement and advancement of processes, activities, structures and – last but not least – products.
Numerous employees have already partecipated in the contest named „My ideas are precious!” and once a year the company organises a lottery drawing with the deposited works, in order to show appraisal and gratitude for the efforts of the staff.
